You will greatly increase the visibility of your brand and connect with more and more people interested in your projects and proposals. In fact, in response to your campaigns you will receive, in addition to traditional direct applications, applications from people invited by CVing users. All our users will be able to refer their friends to a job position posted on our platform that they think is of interest to them.
If the user decides to submit an application, the company will be able to view the candidate's profile free of charge, but will not have access to certain information about the candidate. The video interview, answers to the personalized questionnaire, and some information from their CV, excluding full name, place of residence, and contact information, will be freely visible.
Only if you consider the profile to be in line with your needs and are interested in learning more about the candidate, you can choose to view the candidate's full profile by paying a fee.
You can activate your corporate account in "Freemium" mode for free. You will be able to post an unlimited number of ads within the CVing platform and enjoy all the benefits of our Open Referral Program, paying a fee for each profile you decide to view in full.
To view the full profile of a user who has applied to one of your job postings through the Open Referral Program, a fee equal to 0.5 percent of the RAL you set for the job posting is required, with a minimum of 105 euro + VAT. The fee must be paid for full viewing of a single profile application through the Open Referral Program.
Should you set a RAL of less than 21,000 euro or choose not to indicate it, the minimum fee will still be 105 euro + VAT. You will always be able to choose whether to make the RAL visible within the ad you post.
If you have more than one campaign active, a candidate's complete profile will be viewable within all job openings for which they have applied.
With the "Freemium" account, the CVing application can consist of:

- On demand video interview
- Personality test
- Personal questionnaire
The moment you receive an application from a user who has learned about your position through the Open Referral Program, you will be able to partially view that user's profile.
At this stage you will have free access to all the information necessary to make an initial assessment of the candidate; in addition to the video interview and the answers given to the personalized questionnaire, you will be able to view information about work experience, educational background, skills and a number of other fields. However, you will not be able to access some personal information related to the candidate's identity, such as first name, last name, contact information, and other similar information. This information will not be visible until you decide to view the profile in full by paying the appropriate fee.
Once fully visualized, the candidate's profile will be permanently available within the job campaign.
If you have more than one campaign active, a candidate's profile will also be viewable in full within all of your company's other job campaigns that they have applied to, with no need to pay CVing additional fees.
Of course! A person invited through the Open Referral Program will always be free to choose how to apply for a job position.
The ads created can be viewed on CVing.com, where potential candidates can search for them in the Job Search section. You can independently share your ad for an open job position on your social media and your company website.
